[ANDRAGOGIE ET DEVELOPPEMENT MANAGERIAL : LE CAS DES SAS² DIALOGUE DANS LA FORMATION DES ACTEURS DE LA NUTRITION AU MALI]
This work is part of the development of andragogy through the optimization of processes within organizations. It deals with the intervention of the Canadian consulting firm SAS² Dialogue in Mali in the context of adaptive management of multisectorality in the fight against malnutrition. The objective of this work is to demonstrate how the intervention method of this institution which is an efficient means for the learning and the appropriation in the organizations, can be efficient for the development of the andragogy. The epistemological approach adopted to achieve this goal is holistic-inductive. For this purpose, the semi-directive interviews and focus-groups allowed us to collect the primary data. It is clear from the analyzes that the SAS² Dialogue RAP method is an efficient method in the context of adult education. It is participatory insofar as, taking into account the participants' level of understanding, it involves the use of skilled means in accordance with local principles. The data collected were assessed against previous literature. Thus, through the literature, particular emphasis is placed on the advantages of participatory management as a performance factor. This requires a flexible andragogical approach to the staff of the organizations. To this end, SAS² Dialogue's intervention strategy, as
a skillful tool and tool for participation, is both an efficient method for the development of andragogy, but also for change and managerial innovation.
