These factors allow researchers to assess the preferences of specific strategies for developing critical thinking at specific school subjects as well as identify strategies applied by practicing teachers within the teaching practice of student teaching programs, depending on the school subjects (natural science, language, social science, education), type of school (high school, grammar school) and the level of education (lower and upper secondary education).
