FACILITATION OF SELFCONSCIOUSNESS OF ACADEMICALLY GIFTED STUDENTS

Abstract
Subject of the study is presentation of the results of verification of proposed project of education academically gifted students of secondary grammar schools “Program Sophia” for selfconsciousness of academicaly gifted students. The key source of the program was Model ALM – Model of autonomous student from G. Betts and J. Kercher (1999) apropriate for ISCED 2 and 3. The results of the experimental verification proved positive impact of Program Sophia on selfconsciousness of academicaly gifted students of secondary grammar schools that is why we allow ourselves to state that Project Sophia may be primarily applied to didactic work with academicaly gifted students of secondary grammar schools. Project facilitates in accordance with the research premises facilitates positive changes in the area of selfconsciousness of academicaly gifted students in all researched areas, i.e. physical, emotional, social, area of, selfcriticism, as well as in the creative and motivational area.
