DISORDERS OF BEHAVIOR IN PUPILS IN THE CONTEXT OF WORK OF A SPECIAL PEDAGOGUE

The author defines and clarifies the concept of behavioral disorder at the beginning of her paper. Subsequently, it presents partial results of its own empirical research, which focused on identifying real activities of a special pedagogue at elementary schools aimed at pupils with problematic behavior and with behavioral disorders and compares them with tasks that define a professional educator's professional standards. Another aim of the research was to find out the occurrence of behavioral disorders in elementary schools, where the special pedagogue operates and in schools, where there is no specialpedagogical activity.
